By using AI Summary Bot ("the Bot", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Bot.

1. Service Description

AI Summary Bot is a Telegram bot that uses artificial intelligence to summarize content including videos, articles, audio files, voice messages, photos, and documents. The Bot also provides an AI chat feature for follow-up questions about summaries.

2. Accounts and Access

No separate account is required. Your Telegram account serves as your identity.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You are responsible for all activity under your Telegram account.

3. Free and Paid Plans

Free plan: 3 summaries and 10 chat messages per day. Limits reset daily at midnight UTC.
Paid plans: Higher limits and additional features as described on the pricing page.
Payments are processed via Telegram Stars or CryptoBot (USDT).
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. No automatic renewal — you must manually extend.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of purchase.

4. Free Trial

New users may activate a one-time 3-day free trial of Premium features. No payment information is required. After the trial ends, you return to the Free plan unless you subscribe.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Bot for illegal purposes or to process illegal content
Attempt to bypass usage limits through multiple accounts or automated tools
Use the Bot to infringe on intellectual property rights
Abuse, spam, or overload the service
Reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Bot.
Summaries generated by the Bot are provided for your personal use.
We do not claim ownership of generated summaries.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit content for summarization.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Accuracy or completeness of summaries
Uninterrupted availability of the Service
That the Service will meet your specific requirements

AI-generated summaries may contain errors. Always verify critical information from original sources.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Summary Bot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part) at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes via our Telegram channel.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Bot if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Bot at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be announced via our Telegram channel.
