AI Summary Bot ("the Bot", "we", "us") is a Telegram bot that provides AI-powered content summarization. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

When you use the Bot, we collect:

Telegram User ID and username — to identify your account, manage limits, and process subscriptions.
Content you send (URLs, files, messages) — processed in real-time to generate summaries. We do not store the original content after processing.
Usage data — number of summaries, subscription status, referral data, language preference.
Payment data — Telegram Stars transactions and CryptoBot payment confirmations. We do not handle credit card data directly.

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide the summarization service
To manage your account, limits, and subscription
To process payments via Telegram Stars or CryptoBot
To improve the service (aggregated, anonymized analytics)
To send service-related notifications (subscription expiry, new features)

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide the Bot:

OpenAI (GPT-4o, Whisper) — for content summarization and audio transcription. Content sent to OpenAI is processed per their API data usage policy and is not used for model training.
Telegram Bot API — for message delivery and payment processing.
CryptoBot — for cryptocurrency payments.
Google Gemini — for image generation in our channel.

4. Data Retention

Submitted content (URLs, files, text) is processed in real-time and not stored after summary generation.
Generated summaries are cached temporarily (up to 24 hours) for the "Details" and "Key Points" features, then deleted.
Account data (user ID, usage stats, subscription) is retained while your account is active.
You can request deletion of all your data by contacting us.

5. Data Security

We use SSL/TLS encryption for all communications. The Bot runs on a dedicated server with access controls. Database files are stored locally and are not accessible externally.
